Difficult but friendly people. Lots of different stages unfortunately. Had to travel in person which I didn’t think was necessary. Overall the actual questions were fair though it must be said.
one online registration + 2 rounds, one longer in person, one only personal, online. First one both techical and personal, with the manager plus a member of the team. second one with the head of the department.
I applied online. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at Swiss Re (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2022
Interview
I did a series of phone/video interviews. There was no specific job but they were interviewing candidates as they planned for the upcoming year. We had an enjoyable conversation about my work experience. They contacted me several months later when a job that matched my qualifications opened up (I had accepted another offer at this point so did not continue interview process).
