Applied in Jan for a position as Technical Design Engineer in Telford with Reassure through a recruitment agency. Called in for an interview about 10 days later. Interview was with hiring manager and someone from his team. Immediately I realised the role is one that is not what was advertised. Sometimes these things happen, but it should have been picked up before I was asked to attend an interview. The interview was fairly simple and I picked up lots of useful info. However I think both they and I knew that it wasn't suitable for me. Very quick process and very quick feedback, they informed me of their thoughts just 3 days after the interview, so thanks to them for that.
