Had a positive screening interview, was told to follow up within a week on next steps and was ghosted! The recruiter didn’t even have a courtesy to send an automated no thank you email. I checked in several times with no response. If that’s hoe they treat executive candidates, imagine how they treat other candidates. Salary range was also well beyond market. Do not recommend wasting your time.
Interview was fairly straightforward. Phone person was very nice and basic questions were asked. Only 2 rounds of interviews, so it was not very intensive like other interview processes. One phone interview and one teams interview.

Question 1
Tell me about your academic and professional journey thus far
I've only done the first interview but it was just a call:- where they tell you about SwissLog and then ask you if you're interested: they ask you if you're ok with shift work specifically rotating:- morning, evening and night. The salary range is between 610,000-650,000KR with addition of shift premiums of which two of the shifts are under just under the max shift premium (sneaky) they ask you if you're hand son and then say they will forward your profile to the manager.
