Has about 3 interviews. First was a normal telephone conversation discussing expectations and experience. Next had a culture fit interview, the HR was very friendly and open.

The panel was friendly and so welcoming. They have introduced the company first - the founders and what are the benefits employees get, their vision for employees etc. The questions were asked very politely.
