Interview
I applied to Swoop and within 20 minutes the recruiter called me. He asked if I had time to chat and then proceeded to ask me interview questions and I was not given any time to prepare. I was brought in for an in person interview, and the person that I was interviewing told me they forgot I was coming in. Great start. The whole interview was awkward, didn't seem like the interviewer knew a lot about the role or the benefits, and was talking down on the person in the role currently. I asked a lot of questions but was not asked many. I was told I'd hear back in a few days and I have not gotten any response since, and I've sent multiple emails. It's been a few weeks, so I assume I am not getting an offer.

Interview
Never been on a more unprofessional phone call. A recruiter reached out to me to set up time to speak on the phone. I responded, she called me later that day. Right away, I could barely hear her over the very loud music playing in the background.
She gave me some background on the position and the company. Her voice kept trailing off, she was clearly doing something else--she even admitted to multitasking. Not that I could hear her over the background noise anyway. I also believe she was eating on the phone as well.
After about 5 minutes she asked when I was available for an in-person interview. Keep in mind, she had not asked me a single question this entire phone call. I gave her time, she responded with a calendar invite via my email (which i had to give her over the phone because apparently she didn't even have my resume handy). The calendar invite comes, she had spelled my name wrong.
I decided this company didn't value my time at all and canceled the interview request. I sent a cordial, professional email, and she just canceled the calendar invite--no word at all.
I am appalled. Don't waste your time applying or interviewing here.
