I applied through university. I interviewed at Swym (India) (Bengaluru) in Jul 2023
Interview
6+ rounds, selection depends on the interviewer. And at last you will have discussion with ceo. Prepare well python html css and technical situation based questions. You need to have a lot of luck too. Not just for this interview but for any interview. All the best
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Swym (India) (Bengaluru) in Dec 2025
Interview
Don't bother applying to this company. They reject baselessly. My technical interview went extremely well, it was originally scheduled to be a 45 mins round but the interviewer was clearly satisfied in 15 mins and ended it. All the questions asked were very easy and I answered all of them correctly, I even checked my answers after the interview. Then I get ghosted for more than a week, when I follow up I get told that they are not moving forward with this anymore. Unbelievable. They mentioned I should learn about their products in early stages which I did and invested my time and efforts on it. But its of no use. Its just a waste of time, not a real opportunity. Please don't waste your time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- Simple CSS changes through the inspector.
- What all elements are coming from Swym apps in this development site (Shopify).
- What apps do we have at Swym.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Swym (India)
Interview
It took very long.
1) Video submission (5-minute intro) (took more than 20 days after submission)
2) Intro call with one manager
3) Case Study and Submission (they again took 20 days after submission to get back)
4) Interview with Senior
5) Interview with Director
The entire process took more than 2 months, and eventually they rejected by asking technical questions like API to a CSM, where the expectations are not to troubleshoot API calls. Eventually, it felt like they wanted to reject anyway. I reached the last round and they rejected by asking technical questions, which is perhaps related to Software engineer.
I see their openings frequently for this role, but I will refrain from applying now. Their process is slow and redundant.
