I applied to the position through the Syapse website as soon as I saw it. The interview process began with a take-home assignment to assess my abilities in data visualization, and certain tools in general. Once this was submitted, HR reached back out to me to set up an on-site interview. The on-site was a generic interview process. I met with various people from the Philadelphia office, and the San Francisco office (via Google Hangout). Overall, the process was extremely quick (~2 weeks). I got a job offer the same night as my on-site interview. Nowadays, there is a lunch break included where the candidates each lunch with others from the Philadelphia office (both on the team they are interviewing for, or just from the office in general). Free lunch, and a chane to get to know some of your potential new coworkers.
