Interview
This was a very unique interview process. I actually enjoyed it, although it was challenging. There are 3 virtual interviews. The 1st is with the lead clinical registrar. You will learn company expectations and let the company know more about you. The 2nd interview is with a panel of registrars. This allows different types of questions and topics to discuss. It's a great way to get to know the team and learn more about the work flow & daily duties. The final interview is with your future manager. This interview is more specific. You will talk more about your experience and the knowledge & skills you will bring to the company.

Interview
The interview process was in three parts and straightforward, first spoke with recruiter, next step preliminary phone interview with hiring manager, final interview step was approximately 2 hour video interview with several different team members with lots of opportunity to ask questions and interact.

Interview
There are several steps in the interview process and one I really appreciate is the team interview. It gives you a chance to meet and talk to people in the department that may become coworkers. They get to give feedback and input as to who should get hired.
