The interview process was very easy. Calls/Video calls with leadership. It was very conversational throughout and never felt like I was being quizzed or tested. Everyone was very transparent throughout the process and I felt like I could reach out to any of them any time.

Was made to feel comfortable and not interrogated. In the last interview, the group interview was more of a culture fit and easy-going. I met with the two owners, the Recruiting Manager, and The entire team.

There were 3 rounds of interview in one day and was given the offer same day. I met 5 people in the organization from recruiting team sales team and executive level, I found everyone very friendly. The best part about Syfter is its a flat organization and nobody carries a bossy attitude and everybody's opinion matters.
