Recruiter phone screen and then video interview. Tag team good cop/bad cop style interview. They were very condescending the whole time. Typical of current job market where employers have large pool and candidates are disposable. They want you to sell yourself to them but don’t want to match your energy and see no reason they need to sell themselves to you. Pay is well below market average. I never want to deal with these people ever again.
