Sym-Tech Dealer Services interview questions

3 rounds- initial call with hiring manager, interview with hiring manager + other manager, and final round with them + HR and both VPs. Generic questions, nothing out of the ordinary. Come prepared knowing competition, products, etc. Hire based on fit with team and culture more than experience.

Phone interview with HR and in person interview with IT department. Interview was easy with only role related questions. Very fast turnaround with getting the offer - it took 3 days from phone interview to getting an offer.
