Overall, it was a great experience. The focus on practical questions instead of theoretical ones was much appreciated. Emphasis on TDD, design patterns, problem-solving, and unit testing made the process more relevant and engaging.

Face to face interview was conducted by around 3 technical and 2 managers. Technical interview had questions on the current project , overall architecture of the system etc. Managerial interview involved problem solving , puzzles and other general questions.
