Interviewing at Symend was a great experience, quick turnaround. Got an offer within 2 weeks of starting the interview process. Interviewers answered all my questions in detail, sometimes even used an example for my better understanding. Everyone seemed excited about the product they are building.

Design questions around microservices architecture and best coding practices.

Interview
Overall, responsive leadership (multiple chats with various leaders), great vision and roadmap and I enjoyed the process.
Focus was around me as a candidate and fit as it relates to the work. There was lots of transparency as well.
Overall, a decent offer with no regrets meeting members of the leadership team.

Question 1
Symend do not do what many companies do with candidates today. Symend get’s to know more about the candidate and have a questions and answer technical interview as it relates to experience and technical depth, which really gives some good insight about the fit. Many companies send out a technical challenge that really adds little value in terms of experience, true problem solving abilities or any relative correlation to future work.

My Interview experience was really positive. I was reached out by Simran from the Talent acquisition team. She was really great, very enthusiastic and super chill. I had many questions in my head but she helped me answer each one of them. The whole interview process was well organized and efficient.
