Call with corporate recruiter then went direct to individuals on the sales team. 4 interviews total with various levels of employees. Webinar for each. Also had to talk to the external wholesaler to make sure there would be a culture fit.

I was brought in to interview for a Case Manager role, despite applying for an Internal Wholesaler role with 20yrs of experience in that position. I didn’t turn the interview down because at the time I was unemployed

At one point the hiring manager for the Case Manager role took me aside and told me she thought I had too much expierence for the role, that I would quickly grow bored, and she’s not quite why they invited me to interview for that role, when there were other roles in the company that I was more suited for.
