Very length process which went on for a weeks (2 months in total), 6 Interviews in total with hiring manager, director, others in the business and BAs. There was a take a home assignment done and a live verbal reasoning test and also a spreadsheet of personal questions (probably trying to work out culture fit) . After all of this... I heard back nothing.. total silence and agency informed they were still deciding after 8 weeks. I would make sure anyone interviewing with this company knows they treat applicants without any care, 6 interviews and various tests later which take time to prepare for its extremely unprofessional and downright rude to not provide any feedback and ghost applicants after and keep them waiting.
