Symmons Industries interview questions

I spoke with the hiring manager first, then spoke with HR about the company in general. That was followed by a few other interviews that were more about "culture fit." All this happened in a two-week span and was well-organized and gave me a good idea of the role and company before I proceeded.

It was really easy. People were super friendly. Knowledgeable about the company. Hiring manager did a plant tour to show where I would be working most of the time. Met with team members who were knowledgeable.
