I applied online and soon got an email notifying me that a recruiter from Synaos wanted to initiate an introduction call to hear more about me and my experience. The first scheduled interview was delayed for unclear reasons. The second attempt was successful. During the interview, I was told that there are several interview processes and one of them is a coding challenge. I applied for an Angular position but a task was describing that I had to build a small application based on vanilla JS and reactDOM. It was already confusing, but I tried my best to complete it in 2.5 hours. I had to send the code via email or a file transfer platform, so I did. At the end of the email, I asked to confirm that they received my email and attachment. But I had to send several emails to get their attention and get confirmation emails. After that, nobody reached me. Suggestions: 1. if you are hiring an employee with concrete experience, you have to test his/her knowledge on that particular experience, not with random technologies. 2. Be more proactive in communication.
