Synavos Software Developer interview questions

Interview process is very long ,it took 3 months to process your resume.and after 3 months you will get final result wether you are selected or not. - First you will have to pass Codility test. - Secondly, they will call you for technical interview. - Thirdly, your resume put it in queue for at least 1 month. - Finally, your interview with crapy manager guy who doest know the Software Development process, if you can satisfy him and have good reference then OK otherwise DROP. This company took interview as difficult as they can , but they still work on ages ago technologies.
