Online when you submit your application, they have you play a series of games instead of taking aptitude tests. The games are very easy and the results are super accurate. If you pass the aptitude portion, you can pick a time slot for a phone interview. My phone interview took about 15 minutes total. To start she told me about the position and pay. It was a little disappointing to learn that training wouldn't start for almost 3 months. Then, I was asked about my last 4 jobs, which I thought was overkill because they already had my info and resume, but it didn't take too long. Then I was asked 5 standard interview questions. The interviewer took a while between questions, so be patient while they type out your answers. Then I was on hold for about 1 minute, and she came back on the line and said she was offering me an in person interview. However, there were no available time slots so she told me to keep checking the website. That was the second disappointing comment. I still haven't had my in person interview because of this.

The application process seemed highly disorganized. While all email interactions were cordial, my interview kept getting rescheduled on short notice. It was hard to get any clear answers. Felt more like pulling teeth, than a hiring process.
