Synchrony Customer Service Representative (CSR) At Home interview questions

There was an initial phone interview after filling out extensive background information online. Then after the phone interview, an in person interview and tour of their facilities. Training is done on site and then the CSR can move to their home location. After getting the offer, I was asked to do a background check, drug rest and several other tests. All tests were paid by Synchrony Financial.
