Interview
Through IBPS. IBPS conducts written exam and interviews for all public sector banks. Based on the merit list and candidate's order of preferences they are called for the interview. Interview can be conducted in any bank's premises. A panel of 3 to 4 people including an HR conducts the interview.

Very good actually being a PGDBF inductee we have real interview process compared to IBPS direct recruits as we undergo 1 year PGDBF program. Interview and GD both were very flexible process there were not set rules or questions.
