Over process is fast and simple. Interview questions are straight forward, including self introduction and scenarios questions. 2 round of interview with recruiter and operational manager. Overall positive experience for interview and offer process.

Syneos Health interview process is very straightforward. The first is a phone interview with a recruiter for about 15 - 30 mins, and follow by a 1hr.30 mins video with 3 managers. After the interview they are quick to give and offer within a week.
