I had two phone calls then an in-person interview. I interviewed in their Baltimore office. They pretty much explained the role a lot as well as asking a few standard interview questions.

Went it to speak with branch manager. He was okay.. talk about territories and how the business works. Was more interested in hearing about what I did in retail - no situational questions. Told him I have good interpersonal communication skills and that I enjoy interacting with ppl
