Synergis Education interview questions

For a company that’s a startup of less than 10 years, they treat their interview process like it’s Google. I interviewed with them for months to only find out now that they aren’t interested. I would beware of investing too much time with them. I felt led on throughout the entire process. The CEO even wanted me to write a 2 paragraph summary of our discussion, which was unnecessary and insulting. Wouldn’t recommend!
