SynergySuite Junior Java Developer interview questions

First was phone interview the chairman of the company. Interview was about past experience and technical skills. Was informal and more of a chat then anything else about myself and also about what the company did. After this there was an onsite, this was with two senior developers/managers. The onsite was about projects done before, it was technical but not know definitions technical. The two developers were friendly and spoke about the companies growth both good and bad side. Their was one whiteboard question to complete guided you through it and spoke about different areas of the question. It was a really nice experience to interview with the company that puts in as much as an applicant puts in, which is rare these days. I didn't hear back before getting an offer from some where else, not sure how the interview went but enjoyed it.
