Had the Initial conversation with recruiter about position, then verification, and interview with program manager. Even though I mentioned what I was looking for during the conversation with the recruiter and was told there would be opportunities for those things, got to interview and was obviously not a good fit. The job did indeed not offer those things. When I also asked for clarification on how the schedule would work, PM immediately assumed I wanted to use company time to run a private business. Was overall kind of awkward. No follow up from anyone after interview.
