Syngenta Management Trainee Program interview questions

I want to share a pleasant experience while doing Syngenta Indonesia recruitment. so after the CV screening, you will get a chance to do a focus group discussion offline. It took about a whole day from 9-6. First, they will introduce the company profile, etc., and then, in the next step, we will be given a study case and need to present it individually. After that study, case number two was done as a group, and we were told to show it to everyone, including HR and another recruiter from Syngenta. The process was challenging because there was so little time but many things to do. But they take care of us, giving us a lot of food and making us comfortable throughout the day. I can say that this company treated their staff equally and nicely because wow, the recruitment process is very, very good
