The interview began with a timed assessment that lasts about an hour. It is a role-playing scenario where you are working at the bank and offering products and services to the customer.
Interview was mediocre. Didn’t feel as if the manager was prepared. Seems like they already had someone in mind and wasn’t very receptive. Not what I was looking for in the job regardless.

The interview was very well put together. Super nice manager and very excited to be apart of Synovus. The task assessment that is given before the interview is very effective and easy !
