I applied for Software QA Engineer engineer role at syook through their career page. A few day later I got an email to complete an assignment and submit it. Assignment was to test there corporate website, prepare test plans, test cases, report the bug found and submit in google docs. I prepared all the testing documents they asked for and performed thorough testing on the website. I identified good number of defects and and reported them. It took me almost a week to complete this assignment. After submitting my assignment I waited for few days but I did not received any update for it, and when I send a mail to get an update on my candidature i got reply that this position has been put on hold and they will let me know for any future job opening. After 2 weeks one day I suddenly checked there website and i was shocked to see all those defect which I reported has been resolved and I felt kind of being cheated.
