Recruiter,spent a few months in exhausting process that should have taken 3 weeks Max, for a job that pays less then so many less difficult jobs. This ordeal should have been warning sign. They need huge numbers of people as so few can prevail.

Interview was good. The questions are pretty standard. As long as you do a little research before hand and know what you're job will be you won't get thrown off with the questioning.

Had to apply online, answer questions via txt about license and experience. Then a recruiter email and phone call to set up in person interview. Then interview in person, road test, drug screen. 3 week process.
