Interview
I was first called in for an aptitude test. It was very similar to an IQ test, developed by Microsoft. Couple days after I got called in for an interview with the owners of the business. They seemed to have already made up their minds as they hardly asked any questions. They mostly explained their business and products.

The software we work on is very specific. The programming language isn't used very commonly used, but those who know the language are very looked for in these companies who develop this software. Are you sure you are interested in developing in this language?
