Systematica interview questions

Questions are easy and interviewers are nice but the HR is arrogant and unprofessional. 2 round technical interviews with the PM and senior quant in the group. I kind of feel they are looking for some worldquant style human factor miner.

Two steps interview. The first was good, and we talked about my experience and portfolio so I was admitted to the second within one week. The second was instead uncomfortable. The interviewers were not so kind and asked me questions about GIS development and coding, although the position was for urban planners. Since the second meeting, which was almost two months ago, I have not received any reply regarding the result of the application process.
