Syte (Israel) interview questions

First I received a phone call, The recruiter pointed out that the process with them is done in reverse, first, they sent a home assignment, then an interview at the company, After I passed the assignment, I received a phone call from HR that was unpleasant, she asked me to talk about myself and my experience but didn't let me talk, threw insulting comments asked to know my age, claimed that I was overqualified for this type of job because I come with a degree (if it's irrelevant in the first place, why contact and send a task?) Then they went straight to salary expectations, in my opinion, the interview was conducted in an unprofessional manner, they didn't schedule the interview in advance, and they didn't talk about the job definitions and the company (something I asked them to do during this despicable phone interview) If you don't want people with degrees for this position, don't call it Tech Support Engineer!
