Just asking questions and writing them down in their book. Took about 10 minutes. Most of the questions were pretty straightforward asking about availability, work experience, why you want to work there.

Your CV gets looked at. If it matches the job description you get an email for a test where you have to answer scenario based questions and if you pass you get an email for interview. The interviewer just asks competency based questions.
Online interview. Asked standard customer service questions on zoom or teams. Friendly manager overall. After questions they'll give you an overview of the company and let you ask questions after.
