Interview
In person interview which was located in store. Had to do a competency test before one on one interview. Test involved answering scenario based question with a decision of answers
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.
Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
