Basic retail things - how are you with teamwork, numbers, multitasking etc. We're called into the shop for a trail day also. Not a lot of notice between call and interview

Question 1
They asked what you know about TK Maxx already, so have some knowledge going in
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.
Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified

The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
