Sit down talk with the manager and the assistant manager, the assistant manager writes down your answers that the manager is asking you. All friendly stuff and easy questions (it's more of the case on how you come across more than your answers)

Tell us about yourself? What experience have you had? Tell us a time you've delt with a conflict?
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.
Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified

The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
