Interview
The first stage is an online assessment, super easy and mostly common sense, followed by an interview invitation if successful. The interview itself is mainly informal based on varied questions. They don’t always look for experienced staff and are more than happy to train new people especially as Christmas temps which is nice.

Why do you want to work for Tk maxx?
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.
Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified

Interview
The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
