I got a call from the recruiter who set up an interview with himself and the district manager. The two of the them proceeded to perform a Performance Based Interview. It was a standard PBI with no trick questions. They were very up front about everything and made me feel at ease.

Involved 6 Market Manager Over seen with the presence of thier Market Manger . Same day Process; 3 rounds of Interviews if you are some one they are concidering to pass you thru to background. Round for round 2 Market managers intervew candidates 2 for 1 style.
