Interview
I knew the manager from previous employer so it was a little different, but I did have interview with Director as well. My advice is to be brief. Conversational but very succinct. As they expect you to sell.
The interview went smooth and was straightforward. While getting more information about the role I could see it was not the right fit for me. Although the recruiter was informative and friendly
two interviews, one with a formal get to know you and one with a sales process. sales process revolved around a fake door knock with the objection of payroll. answered with a follow up meeting at a better time
It was very robotic and seemed like more of a test then a interview I would suggest definitely prepping as I was not ready for this type of interview format.
