Interview
The interview process was longer than expected to due multiple locations opening within the time that I applied. Communication was somewhat lacking with almost a week going by without contact for the next step. Their background check was very thorough, going all the way back to High School Records. Actual interviews were generic for the retail/customer service sector.

NA, all questions were standard retail questions based around customer service and dealing with employee/customer issues.
The interview process is in SBI (situation, behavior, impact). Be sure to have some scenarios in mind of previous sales and coaching. Be specific and describe the situation and how you overcame or was successful as a result of the behaviors you displayed.

Involved 6 Market Manager Over seen with the presence of thier Market Manger . Same day Process; 3 rounds of Interviews if you are some one they are concidering to pass you thru to background. Round for round 2 Market managers intervew candidates 2 for 1 style.
