Received an email about a week after I applied to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was quick and easy with a representative from out of state. Representative was very nice and said they would reach out to me if they were interested in pursuing next steps. 3 weeks later have not heard back.
The interview went smooth and was straightforward. While getting more information about the role I could see it was not the right fit for me. Although the recruiter was informative and friendly
two interviews, one with a formal get to know you and one with a sales process. sales process revolved around a fake door knock with the objection of payroll. answered with a follow up meeting at a better time
It was very robotic and seemed like more of a test then a interview I would suggest definitely prepping as I was not ready for this type of interview format.
