The creative director reached out to me for an interview. They asked me about my experience, and it seemed to go well. They said they'd reach out in a couple weeks. They reached out again to let me know they needed a little more time, and then they ghosted me.
After submitting my resume I had one interview that was super personable and easy going. Within a few days I was offered the position and was sent an offer letter,

Applied online at T-Mobile.com/careers and got an email back around a month later. The initial process was slow to get a call, but once I got a call the next steps moved very quickly and smoothly.
