Applied through the college and interviewed on campus. Pretty straight forward behavior based interview questions. This interview was conducted with two interviewers, but it didn't look like they had my resume on hand, so I had to back fill them with some information.

Question 1
Tell us about a time you received feedback on a project. How did you respond to it?
Interviewers were very personable and wanted to get to know who you are as a person. Culture is a very big thing for them and they want to make sure they hire the right people.
The interview was easy! Just a few behavioral and lightly talking through technical questions. The decision took 4 months after the interview which for a Superday hiring event is absurd.

What is the most meaningful project you have worked on?
The process was easy. It was a two stage interview. The first one is a hlaf hour and the second is an hour. They were both on zoom. The first one is with one person and then the second one you are with one perosn and then it goes to two people.
