The interview process was very unprofessional. My interview started an hour late and I was left sitting in the lobby with no update. The job itself was just a call center job, and my entire time walking around the Financial Services Representative offices I never saw one person smile. Other than that, just be ready to answer a bunch of STAR questions. I was warned about not working with T. Rowe Price before the interview by current employees, but after going there and seeing how depressed everyone was, I understand. I turned down the offer because when they tell you how bad the job is during the interview, you know it will only be a lot worse.
