Pretty seamless - great culture and people. Make sure you know your corporate finance basics when you are applying. Further, Good modelling skills are a must! India office is fine. Boston office is great.

Two 1-1s with Associates on the team, two 1-1s with SVPs, then a few with upper management. The first four rounds were not super difficult, and are mainly an assessment of your personality/fit with a couple thought provoking questions about prior deal work.
