Series of emails and phone interviews. They called me without any warning, even while at work. They were simply a collection behavioral and interviews and data gathering. They would not schedule for even consider a different time when the calls were an inconvenience for me.

Interview
After a couple of talks with the candidate, the company will ask for a polygraph test. This test is a safety requirement for the airline and therefore includes questions about drug consumption, personal ethic and groups affiliations. The test is administrated by a third party.
The next stage includes a couple of interviews and possibly a business case.
