Interview
I interviewed with HR and hiring manager. there is no coding round, and only 1 to 2 technical rounds in total. most of the round is behavioral. For the tech round, the hiring manager asked basic stats and machine learning questions, such as the assumptions for linear regression, what's common time series modeling approach, and mostly were focus on the linear models,

Interview
Right off the bat, my recruiter rescheduled at the last minute twice. Taking days to get back to me after. I finally scheduled interviews, the process went no where how the recruiter explained it to me. I ended up doing 4 interviews (5 if you count the phone screen). After I completed each interview, it took days for feedback at times.
The interviewers were entirely unprepared. They came up with everything on the fly like they had no interview preparation. I felt many of them seemed very unprofessional.
After that, it took them 2 weeks to get back to me with a rejection.
This place does not value candidates, or their time.

I applied online. I interviewed at TAG - The Aspen Group (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2025
Interview
The interview process consisted of several rounds conducted over a period of about 2.5 to 3 months.
The recruiter was professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout each stage. After completing the final round, I received a standard rejection email. I reached out to request feedback but did not receive a response.
The process included the following steps:
1. Recruiter screen
2. Hiring manager interview
3. Stakeholder interview
4. Peer interview
5. Final on-site round with three additional team members and a mock lesson/facilitation
Overall, the process was thorough and well-organized. However, after multiple rounds and significant preparation time, it would have been helpful to receive constructive feedback following the final interview. I later noticed that the position was reposted.
