I literally went because I had no option, and guess what — it felt like a fish market. There were nearly 11 people in the same room. My resume was just printed like a copy and handed around like pamphlets. They asked silly questions, nothing really related to the actual job role. I think they were more interested in personal life than professional skills. Questions were mostly like: can you work overtime, can you work on Saturdays and Sundays, can you come in the middle of the night if samples are needed, etc. Worst interview experience I have had in my 6 years of career.
