Interview
The recruiter called, I was then scheduled for an in person interview. Interview was professional yet I was able to get a feel of the company. There was great conversation back and forth rather than a question-answer formality.

Do I have issues talking in front of groups of people?
Was called and e-mailed to schedule an interview on an afternoon, and then the next morning I received a note that I was no longer a candidate. I called the HR Manager, and she stated that it was an error and that she would get it corrected and let me know what time she could speak with me. Needless to say, she never called me back, never e-mailed me, nothing. I was quite unimpressed with the lack of organization and the lack of honesty & respect that the organization showed me during this process.
